SOLID PLAIN BACK ZIRCONIA CLOTH DISCS

I’ve been using these for heavy stock removal on some rough oak, and the resin bond holds tight even under heavy pressure. The 120-grit cuts fast and stays sharp through several sessions, saving me from swapping out discs constantly.

The grit holds up noticeably longer than cheaper pads I've burned through, and the zirconia really does tear through rough lumber without glazing over. It's a bit stiff right out of the pack, but once it breaks in, the cut stays aggressive for a good while.

Finally, a disc that actually chews through thick wood without burning out after five minutes. The aggressive cut on these zirconia cloth discs saved me almost an hour on a big sanding job. I’ll be stocking up for sure.
