I was pleasantly surprised at how well this 3-inch flap wheel held up on a rusty metal shelf, the 120 grit removed the corrosion without gouging the surface. Much smoother finish than I expected for stock removal.

Used this 120 grit flap wheel to strip rust off an old metal gate and it cut through everything fast without clogging. Nice that it works on wood too, might try it on a table next.

Just finished cleaning up a wooden tabletop with this 120 grit wheel, and it smoothed out the rough spots way faster than sandpaper ever did. The 3-inch size is perfect for getting into tight corners, and it held up well through the whole project.
