I needed a small pad for curved sanding on an old chair leg, and this 3-inch foam pad really hugs the contours nicely. The cushioned surface makes it easy to apply even pressure without straining my hand.

The hook-and-loop backing grabs the sanding discs firmly, so no slipping even when I'm pressing hard into tight corners. At 3 inches it's the perfect size for getting into spots my bigger block can't reach, and it's held up through a few messy projects without the foam tearing.

The yellow foam gives just enough cushion to follow curved surfaces without losing grip. I used it to sand down some painted trim and the 3-inch size made it easy to control in tight spots. Definitely a step up from wrapping sandpaper around my fingers.
