That tiny ball-shaped burr cuts through aluminum like butter and leaves such a smooth finish I barely need to sand afterward. Perfect for rounding out slots in softer metals.

I've been using this ball end burr for about a week now on some aluminum, and the carbide teeth still look sharp as the day it arrived. The 1/4" size fits my rotary tool perfectly, and it cuts through material without grabbing.
