5吋 9孔 (Festool) 轉換砂盤 PSA 轉 H&L

I was skeptical about converting my Festool sander’s backing, but this disc’s pressure-sensitive adhesive layer bonded instantly with no bubbles. Even after a full day of heavy sanding on maple, the hook-and-loop held tight without any slippage.

The hook-and-loop backing holds firm for a good while, but after a few minutes of continuous sanding the heat does start to make the discs slip a little. Still, the PSA layer itself is nice and consistent, so swapping discs is easy.

My old sanding discs kept flying off mid-project, but this conversion disc solved that problem completely; the adhesive backing is seriously strong and makes the switch from PSA to hook-and-loop seamless.
