Finally, a foam pad that doesn't compress completely flat after a few passes; this 3/8" layer actually holds its cushion for consistent sanding pressure across the whole disc. The 6-inch diameter fits my sander perfectly, and it’s made in the USA which is a nice bonus.

I've been using this 3/8" foam pad for a few weeks now, and the solid medium density strikes the right balance between flex and firmness on my 6" sander. The hook-and-loop grip holds discs securely without that annoying slip mid-pass. Just what my paint correction needed.
