For sanding down filler on some auto body work, the 8 micron grit cuts fast without leaving deep scratches. The hook-and-loop backing holds tight even on the orbital, and the dust holes actually keep the disc from clogging up midway through a panel.

These discs cut cleanly and load up way less than other 8-mic abrasives I’ve tried. The hook-and-loop backing holds firm even on my random orbital sander.
