Took it out of the box and could tell the 3/8" spiral sewing is tight and even—it holds its shape on the arbor without any wobble. The 16-inch diameter gives me great coverage on large metal parts, and the sisal material really bites into the surface for initial cutting. I was pleasantly surprised at how balanced it runs on my bench grinder without excessive vibration.

That 16-inch wheel is a beast on the lathe—the spiral stitching really holds up under pressure. It took the burrs off a steel part in under a minute, and the 1 1/4 inch arbor fit perfectly on my shaft.
