I needed a 120 grit flap wheel for some light deburring on steel edges, and this one’s consistent grain cut through without loading up. The 1-inch width was just right for narrow channels, and it held its shape well through several passes.

Picked this up for my bench grinder and the 10-inch diameter covers a lot of surface area quickly, making sanding flat edges much more consistent than with smaller wheels. The 120 grit is aggressive enough to remove material but still leaves a fairly smooth finish without too much effort.

The 1-inch thickness fits my bench grinder arbor perfectly, and the 120 grit leaves a nice uniform finish on steel without loading up too fast. Only knock is the flaps seem a bit stiff out of the box, but they break in after a few minutes of use.
