The threads are machined clean and tight, so my cut-off wheels sit perfectly true without wobbling. This is the second one I've bought because the first holds up great even under heavy use.

Finally, a mandrel long enough to let me grind welds inside a tight frame without the tool body banging into everything. The 1/4 shank fits my die grinder perfectly, and the 1-1/2 inch length gives me just the reach I needed.

The shank is a solid 1/4 inch and holds tight in my drill chuck—no wobble at all when I’m slicing through thin metal. The 1-1/2” length gives me just enough reach to work in tighter spots without swapping tools. Definitely doing its job for the price.
