The latest technology in sharpening belts comes from VSM in Germany, with production in the USA. Xelerion KK670J performs on steel and non-ferrous metals comparably to 3M Trizact, These aluminum oxide belts feature a dot surface pattern. The space between the dots allows for a cooler cut and a uniform, reproducible scratch pattern. The belts are very flexible and provide high stock removal with low force or pressure. They are designed for use by blade sharpeners. Other sizes are available. Conversions: A16 = 1200 grit, A30 = 600 grit, A45 = 400 grit, A65 = 320.

Charlotte ★★★★★

I’ve been using these belts on a mix of stainless steel and aluminum, and they cut clean without loading up like my old ones. The consistent finish from start to end really surprised me for a non-ceramic grit.

Abigail ★★★★★

I was skeptical about the price, but the ceramic grit on these belts just keeps cutting, even after a full afternoon of work on my titanium parts. They seriously outlasted the cheap stuff I used before by a wide margin.

Sebastian T. ★★★★★

The cut quality on steel is honestly on par with belts costing nearly twice as much, and they hold their edge noticeably longer during heavy use. I wasn't expecting the aluminum oxide to feel this aggressive right out of the pack, but it's been a solid upgrade to my workflow.
