Solid Plain Back Zirconia Cloth Discs

These heavy-duty zirconia cloth discs are designed for aggressive material removal and long-lasting performance. They excel at removing large amounts of wood in coarse grits and are ideal for sanding hard materials.

The discs feature a plain backing without adhesive, allowing you to apply your own pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA). Choosing plain back discs can save you up to 40% compared to purchasing pre-coated PSA discs.

I’ve been using these for heavy stock removal on some rough oak, and the resin bond holds tight even under heavy pressure. The 120-grit cuts fast and stays sharp through several sessions, saving me from swapping out discs constantly.

The grit holds up noticeably longer than cheaper pads I've burned through, and the zirconia really does tear through rough lumber without glazing over. It's a bit stiff right out of the pack, but once it breaks in, the cut stays aggressive for a good while.

Finally, a disc that actually chews through thick wood without burning out after five minutes. The aggressive cut on these zirconia cloth discs saved me almost an hour on a big sanding job. I’ll be stocking up for sure.
