Two orbits are available: Both models are low-profile and ergonomic, offers improved comfort with reduced noise and vibration, making it even easier to use for extended periods.

2.5mm (3/32" less aggressive) Orbit – Fine Sanding & Pre-Polishing
Available in a 6" only, the 2.5mm (3/32") orbit is less aggressive and ideal for use with finer grits. Perfect for finishing and pre-polishing applications where a smooth, refined surface is required.

5mm (3/16"more aggressive) Orbit – General Purpose Sanding
Available in both 5" and 6" sizes, the 5mm (3/16") orbit is the most popular choice for everyday sanding. It provides an excellent balance of efficient material removal and smooth surface finishing, making it ideal for a wide range of applications.

Eva ★★★★★

I’ve been using this sander for a few weeks now and the ergonomic grip really helps during longer sessions—my hand doesn’t fatigue the way it used to with my old model. The 2.5mm orbit is smooth and cuts cleanly, and the case keeps everything organized. It’s a solid upgrade.

Joseph ★★★★★

The low vibration and reduced noise make a huge difference during long sanding sessions—I can actually feel less fatigue in my hands. The included case keeps everything organized, and the 2.5mm orbit is perfect for fine finishing work.

Miles S. ★★★★★

I was pleasantly surprised by how much quieter this sander is compared to my old one, and the low-profile grip really helps reduce hand fatigue during long sessions. The included case keeps everything organized, which is a nice bonus.
