Bought this for stripping paint off my stair risers and the adhesive backing sticks way better than the spray glue I was using. The 1/4" faulty edge just means I trim that strip off with scissors, still get almost the full 25 feet. For the price I'll keep buying these seconds.

Was a little wary of the faulty edge, but I just trim that 1/4 inch off and the rest of the roll sticks down flat with no lifting. The PSA backing grips well on my hardwood jigs and the red oxide cuts fast enough that one strip outlasts the paper I was using before.
