Kevin I. ★★★★★

This 180 grit cuts through old paint and rust like butter, leaving a smooth finish ready for primer. The cloth backing holds up way better than paper when I’m really bearing down on it. Just wish it came in a smaller width for tight spots, but the 2-inch roll is perfect for most jobs.

Eva D. ★★★★★

The 180X grit cuts so aggressively that it shaved off a rough spot on a steel blade in seconds, and the cloth backing holds up without tearing even when I pull it tight over a curved surface. It's already lasted through restoring three old plane irons with barely any wear showing.

James C. ★★★★★

The silicon carbide grain cuts through lacquer way faster than the aluminum oxide rolls I’ve used before, and the 50-yard length means I won’t be reordering for a long time. Cloth backing stays flexible even after creasing, which is a win for tight curves on trim pieces.
