ジルコニア ワイドベルト

Tackled a batch of steel brackets that usually eats up belts in minutes, and these Zirconia belts held their edge way longer than expected. The cut stayed consistent right through the last pass, which made the job feel a lot less tedious.

I’ve been sanding down some oak boards and these zirconia belts hold their edge way longer than the aluminum oxide ones I used to grab, so I’m not swapping them out mid-project anymore. The wide surface also keeps the pressure even, which saves my arms on the tougher passes.

After struggling with cheap belts that wore down mid-project, these Zirconia ones cut through some nasty hardwood without any loading up. The grit held its edge way longer than any aluminum oxide belt I’ve tried. Definitely saving time on re-sanding.
