7" X 5/8"-11 フラップディスク TYPE 27 (FLAT) - HD USA 100 砥粒

Switched from a cheap disc to this 100 grit and the difference in cut speed on mild steel was night and day. The flat face makes getting into tight corners a lot easier too.

Was prepping some stainless for paint and this 100-grit flat disc took off rust without gouging the metal underneath. The 7-inch size covers good area and the arbor fit my grinder perfectly.

This 100 grit flap disc removed old paint and rust from a steel beam much faster than the cheap pads I’d used before; the 7-inch size gives great coverage. It did shed a few flaps near the end, but it held up through a full day of heavy grinding.
