The hook-and-loop backing is a lifesaver for swapping pads mid-job, and at 3/4 inch thick it holds up well under pressure. Used it on my sander for a full afternoon of surface prep and it stayed put the whole time.

The six-hole pattern kept dust collection working properly on my orbital sander, and the 3/4 inch thickness gave me good control without being too stiff. Hook-and-loop backing held firm through a whole session of surface prep.

Used this on my DA sander for some paint prep and the six holes really pull the dust away nicely. The hook-and-loop backing holds firm even at higher speeds, which saved me time.
