Used a strip of this to refinish an old wooden table leg and the 36 grit cut through the previous paint layers fast without clogging. The cloth backing held up well even when I wrapped it around a curved contour. Exactly the heavy-duty abrasive I needed for the job.

Cut a strip to smooth down a rough knife edge and it lasted through the whole project without losing its bite. The 2-inch width is perfect for hand sanding large flat areas.

Used a strip on a stubborn rusted bolt and it cut through faster than the cheap rolls I've been grabbing at the hardware store. The cloth backing doesn't shred apart after a few passes.
