Snug fit on the 1/8" shank with zero wobble at speed, which matters when you're deburring inside tubing. Cartridge rolls slide on and stay put, and the mandrel hasn't bent on me yet after a few weeks of steady use.

The 1 1/2" roll length is exactly what I needed for getting into weld seams without the abrasive flying off. It held the cartridge roll tight through a whole afternoon of grinding and never wobbled once.

Bought this to replace a worn-out mandrel and the 1 1/2-inch roll length is spot on for the cartridge rolls I already had. The shank runs true in my die grinder with barely any wobble, which makes blending welds way less annoying. Solid little tool for the price.
