CONDITIONING BELTS

I was skeptical about how well these would polish metal, but the resin bond on the brown coarse belt really does remove burrs efficiently. It handled a few rough edges on some steel brackets without wearing out too fast, which was my main worry.

The medium maroon belts do a fantastic job cleaning up rough edges on my metal parts—the abrasive resin bond really bites into the surface without wearing down too fast. I've used them on several projects now and they're still holding up well.

The scrim reinforcement is the reason I keep coming back to these—my metal deburring job finally has belts that don't tear halfway through. The maroon medium grit polishes a clean edge without oversanding, and the resin bond holds up for a solid session.
