Been sanding down some tough weld seams on a metal project, and these discs cut through without loading up like the aluminum oxide ones do. The heavy-weight paper backing held up better than I expected through a full day of work.

Used these on some fiberglass repair work and they cut way faster than the aluminum oxide discs I had before. The 150 grit is aggressive yet leaves a surprisingly smooth finish.

On hard woods, these Zirconia discs hold their edge way longer than the aluminum oxide ones I was using. The 150 grit cuts aggressively but leaves a smooth enough finish to move straight to sanding.
