(E-2) 1/8 X 1/4 (2 OAL) MANDREL

The 1/4 shank fits perfectly into my drill chuck with no wobble at all, and the 2-inch overall length gives me just the right reach for cleaning up small slots. I've already used it on a dozen pieces with no signs of wear.

Finally a mandrel that holds the 1/8 shank securely without slipping—I'd been dealing with wobble from cheaper ones. The 1/4 step makes mounting it in my collet quick and easy. This little E-2 does exactly what it should.

The 1/8 stem seats snugly in my rotary tool chuck, and the 1/4 shank end gives me a solid grip when swapping bits. The 2-inch overall length feels just right for reaching into tight spots without wobbling.
