I bought this to get into the tight corners of a walnut bowl, and the CRS grit actually left a pretty smooth surface without too much tear-out. The 2" diameter is perfect for shaping the inside without hitting the rim.

The 1/4" shank fit my drill press chuck without any wobble, and the 2" diameter reaches deep into bowls I couldn't finish by hand. It chewed through the last of the rough grain in maybe ten minutes, leaving a surface that needed almost no follow-up sanding.
