Switched from a drum sander to these belts for my band saw conversion setup, and the 120 grit leaves a finish so smooth I barely need to sand by hand afterward. They track straight and hold up well even on some pretty hard maple I've been working with.

The 80 grit belt handles the initial rough shaping perfectly, and it's held up through a dozen projects without fraying. Exactly what I needed to turn my saw into a sander.

Took a chance on converting my old bandsaw into a sander and the 120 grit belt works perfectly for smoothing out edges. It's lasted through several projects without any fraying, which really surprised me for the price.
