The felt polishing sheet is a nice bonus—smooths out the surface after the heavier grits. Used it on a ceiling patch job and the holder gripped the paper tight with no slipping.

I was skeptical about drywall sanding being less messy, but the hook-and-loop holder really does let you swap sheets in seconds without tearing anything. The zirconia grit cuts through joint compound fast, and the felt polishing sheet smoothed the final coat to a nice finish.
