2" & 3" ABRANET PAD PROTECTOR USA

Finally got these to go under my Abranet discs and the vacuum still pulls strong through the 1/8 inch thickness. They keep the hook side of my backup pad from wearing out.

Using these with my Abranet discs really opened up the dust collection — the vacuum pulls through just as well, but my backup pad hooks aren't getting chewed up anymore. The 1/8" thickness is just right for protecting things without losing any sanding control.

These pads are exactly the right thickness to stop the abrasive discs from chewing up my backup pad, yet they don't block the dust collection at all. My sander runs noticeably quieter now too.
