I was pleasantly surprised by how well this V Fine grit flap wheel handled light deburring without loading up. The 14-inch diameter covers a lot of surface area, so I finished the job faster than I expected.

My surface prep is finally consistent; this maroon wheel cuts cleanly without loading up like cheaper ones I've tried. The 1 1/2" width is just right for deburring those medium-sized parts without being too aggressive.

I’ve been using this 14-inch flap wheel for some heavy blending work, and the V Fine grit leaves a smooth finish without clogging up like some others I’ve tried. It’s lasted through several sessions without visible wear.
