1 1/8" X 1" X 1/4" NON WOVEN WHEEL

The fine grit wheel cleaned up the edges on some aluminum parts without scratching the surface, which was exactly what I needed. It works fast yet leaves a nice uniform finish.

I’ve been using the medium grit for light deburring on aluminum edges, and it leaves a consistent satin finish without scratching. The wheel holds its shape well even under moderate pressure.

The coarse grit tore through the rust on an old bench vise in minutes, and the 1/4" thickness holds up way better than the flap wheels I've burned through. It leaves a smooth, even finish without gouging the metal underneath.
