1 1/2" X 25 YD CARBO AO CLOTH

Cutting through old paint on a metal railing was effortless with this 50X grit — the cloth backing held up to heavy pressure without tearing. I’ve already used about ten yards for different projects and the aluminum oxide coating still cuts aggressively.

I needed a coarse abrasive for stripping old paint off metal furniture, and this 50X aluminum oxide cloth has been tearing through it fast without loading up. The 1-1/2 inch width is perfect for detail work, and the 25-yard roll should last me through several projects.

Was a little worried the 50X grit might be too coarse for my needs, but it strips old paint off metal fixtures surprisingly smooth. The cloth backing stays put on my sanding block without tearing, even under heavy pressure. Exactly what I needed for the price.
